our region A delightfully restored stone built house situated on the edge of a sleepy hamlet approximately 20 minutes from the medieval market town of St Antonin Noble Val. There is an abundance of A number of local villages and towns have interesting and colourful markets. Be sure not to miss the local market in St Antonin held on Sunday mornings. Peace and tranquility surround
you, but for those more active, there are many sporting
activities nearby including tennis, fishing, pot-holing,
rock-climbing and horse Within short driving distances
there are a number of fascinating towns and villages
including Albi, Cahors, Penne and Bruniquel, all of which
are well worth a visit. As well as the nearby medieval
villages and bastide towns, there are châteaux, abbeys,
churches and magnificent natural sites of outstanding
beauty; whether it be wooded valleys or the meandering
Aveyron with its dramatic gorges. A great place for a relaxing holiday with time spent beside a magnificent private pool or simply taking a walk in the surrounding countryside where you'll find an abundance of wild flowers, butterflies and a variety of birds. Please note: This property is not
suitable for toddlers. As with many houses of this style, the staircases are quite steep and there is a need to be aware of low beams. Entry is directly
into the pretty
living room, which has a
beamed ceiling, TV for use with a DVD player, sofa and
lounging chairs. Selection of indoor games and books
and CD/tape This leads through to the dining room which has a full size dining table and chairs with further sofa and comfy chairs. There are glazed double French windows with a superb view of the grounds and pool. The kitchen has the original flagstone flooring, is
fitted with all your needs: fridge/freezer, separate
fridge, cooker, plenty of cupboards Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed with plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has beamed ceilings, twin beds and a staircase to a single bed on a mezzanine floor which would suit a youngster of an age in excess of 7 years. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom, which also has plenty of storage. There is a bathroom and separate shower room, both with toilets and wash hand basins. Outside, there is a large terraced area with barbeque, table, chairs and parasols. This is a great place for outdoor dining and enjoying the superb views. The pool is 12m x 6m and 2.6m at the deep end. The extensive grounds with mature trees lead onto the surrounding countryside. Prices and booking information
The rental price includes
gas, electricity, linen and towels ( bath and pool

Le Bosquet is approximately a day's drive from the Channel Ports and only 1 hour from Toulouse airport, which has flights from Heathrow, Gatwick, Cardiff, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and numerous flights from regional airports connecting with Amsterdam or Brussels and then onwards to Toulouse. Carcassonne and Rodez are both served by Ryanair and are slightly further away, but provide another alternative with often very much cheaper fares, particularly out of the main holiday season.
