About
our property A traditional Provencal Villa in a colourful garden within the Old Quarter of Sainte Maxime on the Gulf of St. Tropez. The property in part or as a whole is available throughout the year. Low season and longer lets by arrangement. Two apartments are available, one at ground floor level opening onto the garden, the other at first floor level approached by a curved stairway with a large balcony and all living room windows are south facing onto our colourful mature garden. The large balcony now benefits from a new sun blind making it a kind of extra outdoor room.
Sandy beaches, extensive marina, seafront promenade, cafes, shops, a covered market and wide choice of restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the Villa. Both apartments have full central heating. First Floor Apartment (sleeps 8) The first floor apartment has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; three further double bedrooms (two double, one twin); shower room; separate w.c.; an oak finished fitted kitchen/dining room with electric appliances, washing machine and dishwasher; and a bright attractive salon with feature fireplace and south facing windows.
Ground Floor Apartment (sleeps 4) The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms(one double & one twin); an attractive salon; a good size kitchen with electric appliances including a washing machine; and a tiled bathroom with shower cubicle. It comfortably sleeps four persons but also has available two folding beds, and a cot.

Longer lets during the period October 2008 - March 2009 £595 per 4 week period. Christmas & Easter price on application. Fully inclusive of all services and local Management. A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of reservation and is non-refundable (cheques should be made payable to S.M. Rudkin). The rental balance (cheque payable to S.M. Rudkin) together with a Security Deposit (£100 Ground Floor, £150 First Floor - cheque made payable to M.J. Rudkin) are due eight weeks prior to departure. About our region Ste. Maxime is an
historic resort enjoying a favourable year All watersports are available. There is an 18 hole championship golf course, a scenic 9 hole course at Beauvallon, and both tennis and sailing clubs.
