About
our property Valrose is a 2 double bedroomed one level villa with a pool, 1990 m² of garden with olive, orange, lemon and palm trees. Situated in a peaceful green valley looking out to the surrounding hills and sky only 10 minutes to the sea / Cote d'Azur by car. It is just 4 minutes to the town
centre by car, 10 minutes by bicycle and 25 mins by foot.
Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, large sink and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen including a gas hob, electric oven,large fridge/freezer and washing machine. A large living dining room with a great chimney for those cosy fires.
There is a ping pong table, one can play boules or just relax taking in the sunshine. There is full broadband service and a telephone line which calls landline numbers in europe at no extra charge (excludes calls to mobiles this would be charged per call at €1.00 euro per minute). We require a 10% deposit to confirm the booking then? the full hire fee at least 4 weeks beforehand unless one is staying for only a few nights or if it is a last minute booking in which case we require the full fee upfront. Linen is included at no extra cost but if you need maid service during your stay this is 15.00 per hour. About our region There are 2 ski resorts within 1hour and 30 minutes' drive, Auron 1990metres high and Isola 2000m high. You are very near the beach, Renoir's house, Haut de Cagnes and the beautiful medieval Village of Cagnes sur Mer, with a plaza overlooking the alps maritime , great cafés, restaurants, bars, fresh French markets, supermarkets and bicycles for hire locally. One can catch the TGV to Antibes 20 minutes away or Nice train station. There is a local station in Cagnes sur Mer that can take you to Cannes in 20 minutes. You can go by car to St Paul de
Vence to view those great paintings hanging in the Columb
D'or restaurant frequented by many known faces. Or take a
quick drive up to St Jeannet, a picturesque old village
