crowds. Our gites are situated in the heart of
Poitou-Charentes on the west coast of France, in
easy travelling distance from Limoges, Poitiers
and La Rochelle. We also have availability during
the winter months for long term rentals - perfect
for house hunters. |

Atlantic coast, Royan with a ferry across to the
vineyards of the Medoc, Rochefort with its naval
history and present construction of an 18C
frigate and the delights of Saintes. |

separate children's pool), and entertainment in
peak season for both adults and children. This
includes themed dinner evenings, karioki and
disco evenings. It is less hectic than some of
the larger sites nearer the coast and has the
added attraction of being based around three
lakes which are available for fishing or simply
to enjoy with a leisurely stroll along the shady
parkland paths that surround them. Fishing is
free during July and August, with a small fee
payable outside these months. Trout,carp, pike,
eels and roach are all there waiting to be
caught. |
