our home The
property consists of the Main House (La Baronnerie) Several terraces are perfect for al-fresco dining during the season next to the flood-lit pool and close to the paved barbecue area. A small spot has been reserved

situated in a small hamlet, enclosed by garden walls and

Accommodation La Baronnerie sleeps 6/10 (Main House) The house has deliberately been kept unchanged in its structures to keep it as a typical ‘maison poitevine’ – respecting the style and tradition of this region and that of a 19th century gentleman’s residence (though parts of the property date back to far earlier) It has been decorated with care and attention to detail - retaining many original features including exposed beams and flagstone Downstairs:. Entrance with flagstones, beams and the wooden staircase leading to the bedrooms. Lovely spacious fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher and large dining table and separate kids corner. During the high season your property will in no case be available before 18.00 hrs. Please bear this in mind when planning your journey to foresee breaks or sightseeing en-route. If early doing the shopping in Melle or Celles might be a good idea. Arrivals usually takes place between 18.00 and 18.30 upon arrival and before 10.30 when departing – unless otherwise arranged with the owners. Always call for late arrivals till 21.30hrs, no check-in thereafter possible. Refundable damage deposit in cash only €250 euros for the cottage, €350 euros for the main house and €500 euros for the whole property.
