About
our properties Three studio apartments with balconies,
offering privacy The Studio du Parc Frank Delmas is set in
a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood in the prestigious La
Genette/Mail area of central La Rochelle. The studio provides particularly spacious accommodation (with a separate kitchen) for 2 people (+ child ?) looking for a tranquil Parcs setting, within 5 minutes walk of the sea and about 20 mins to the Old Port. The Studio près de la Ville en Bois is

Payment may be made in Euros or Pounds Sterling. Euros prices are as stated above. Pounds Sterling prices are available on the owners website Click Here The studios can be hired by the day between September and June (minimum 3 or 4 nights, depending on season). July - August the studios can only be booked by the week (Thursday/Thursday or Friday/Friday). The prices include :
A 25% Booking Deposit is payable at the time of booking. Final payment is then due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. For bookings for our Studios à La Rochelle, we only accept payments by credit or debit card (through the secure on-line payment services of WorldPay - a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland), in order to enable us to confirm your booking quickly and if need be at short notice. A £100 per booking breakages/excess cleaning deposit (« dépôt de garantie » under French law) is payable with your final payment. This will be returned to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday, less any deductions for breakages or excessive cleaning that is needed. In the unfortunate event of your having to cancel your booking, we will try to let the studio to someone else, and if successful we will just retain the 25% booking deposit and return all other monies to you. However, if we are not able to re-book the studio, the cancellation charges will be: before 8 weeks 25%; between 4-8 weeks 75%; less than 4 weeks 100% (all including 25% booking deposit). About our region Set around La Rochelle’s Old Port, with its famous twin towers, are a host of delights including port side bars and restaurants, old arcaded town streets, parks and gardens, historical buildings, museums and a choice of two beaches to relax on after a walk though the sea-front parks or around the yachting marinas ! The area is the second sunniest in France, after the Côte d'Azur - but without their prices or crowds ! Situated in the beautiful Charente-Maritime ('land and sea: the elements of success') and within easy striking distance of the Aquitaine/Gironde, including the Médoc, there are loads of interesting places to visit and things to do in the area. Within easy striking distance are
: Chatelallion Plage, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, St. Jean
d'Angély, Angoulême, Royan, Rochefort, Cognac, Blaye,
Saintes, Niort and even Bordeaux. All three studios are easily accessible, with no need to have a car :
