our property Martins Pecheurs is situated in delightful French countryside  just a 10 minute walk from the picturesque
village of Noyen-sur-Sarthe. Noyen-sur-Sarthe has a
selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance
of Martins Pecheurs, also within Noyen-sur-Sarthe are

The Apartment consists of a well equiped, light and airy, open plan kitchen/dining room of modern design. Provided for your use are a microwave, double sink, fridge and a modern gas cooker. Also provided are a steam iron and ironing board.

offers a double futon and a South facing window The apartment is cool in the summer, with electric radiators providing heat for those cooler Spring/Autumn evenings. BBC & ITV
channels are available for those who like to relax in the
