provides the perfect setting for friends or family to
relax and enjoy the tranquility of the setting, yet it is
within easy reach of shops and excellent restaurants.

our property (sleeps 6) 
La Petite Buissoniere is not a
'gite' but a 'home from home' offering you the comforts
you expect in your own home.
Completely refurbished in 2003
with loving care and to high-specifications, we trust our
visitors will care for it in the same way.
Basic cooking ingredients are in
the cupboards so you can settle in without needing to go
shopping.

Terms
- A deposit of 20% of the
total cost at the time of booking which is only
refundable on cancellation if we are able to find
an alternative booking for the period.
- The balance of the total
must be paid six weeks before arrival. Please
remember that we need to arrange keys, laundry,
cleaning etc. Again we can only make refunds if
the house is relet to alternative clients. It is
wise to have cancellation insurance.
- We ask for a refundable
damage deposit of £200. This will be refunded as
soon as we receive confirmation that there is
nothing to charge for.
- Any telephone calls made
will be recharged to you as soon as we receive
the ‘phone bill and identify dates of
calls.
- Arrival time – Any time
after 3.00pm (15:00)
- Departure time – Please
vacate the property by 10:30am on your day of
departure.
Getting
there
La Buissoniere is easily reached
from several Ferry ports.
From
Caen/Ouistreham:
- leave Caen via the
Peripherique at J9 'Port de Bretagne' and follow
the A84 to J42 then head for Vire
- from Vire follow the D977
through Sourdeval and turn right onto the D5 at
the island 3km before Mortain
- turn left 1.5km after
Juvigny le Tertre onto the D595
- at Le Mesnil Rainfray
continue on the D595 (sharp left turn at the
Mairie)
- La Petite Buissoniere is on
the right up a long drive after about 1.25km.
From Cherbourg:
- follow the signs to Vire
through St Lo and then follow the above
directions.
From St Malo:
- follow the N175 past Dol de
Bretagne and Pontorson and through Ducey to St
Hilaire du Harcouet
- in the town centre turn left
onto the D977 For Mortain
- after about 3km turn left
onto the D55, then 5km turn left onto the D133
- After about 2km turn right
onto the D595 and the house is on the left after
about 2km.
