Apartment This comfortable flat in a small modern block is set in a lovely quiet location looking out onto pine woods, yet only five minutes' walk from the town centre. The lounge-diner with TV and DVD player leads to a south-facing balcony and wonderful mountain views of the Pyrénées. One double bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge.

Out of season short breaks and long term lets available. About our region Argelès-sur-mer is an excellent centre for visiting this lovely area. It enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate and is only 35 minutes from Perpignan ariport. There is a long sandy beach and excellent facilities for all sports. There is a colourful market several times a week. A few miles further south is the picturesque fishing village of Collioure, associated with artists such as Picasso and Matisse. It is good walking county and there are many places of cultural interest. There are good excursions available, including one on the 'yellow train' into the Pyrénées, with the highest railway station in Europe. Spain is easily accessible. Gerona is an old and attractive town, and you can get to Barcelona, one the the most exciting cities in Europe. Or you can just
relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the
