Price includes bed linen, electricity & heating. Midweek bookings out of season. Pets welcome.

About our region

The village is situated on the Canal du Midi, a World Heritage Site. There are shady walks along the Canal with views of the Pyrénées.

The village has two restaurants one is open all year with occasional music. The Chateau has a museum and produces and sells Ventenac wine.

There are several local markets and mobile merchants visit the village every week. The bakery and post office are nearby.

Narbonne is the nearest town just 15 minutes to the centre with interesting shops, restaurants and an imposing cathedral, the Canal Robine runs through the centre.

Market day is Thursday and Sunday morning. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive to St Marcel minutes. There are many local restaurants if you prefer to eat out.

The Mediterranean beaches are approximately 40 minutes' drive and Spain only an hour drive.

Getting there

Easily accessible, Carcassonne & Perpignan airports are 40 minutes away.
