Luxury for Two
Peter and Madeleine, in the garden of their Chambre d’hôte, have converted their barn and stable into luxury accommodation for two.
The open plan Living/Dining area is fitted to the highest standard.
The new kitchen has oven, hobs, dishwasher and microwave. The beamed sitting area opens, down three steps, onto a private terrace with barbeque and seating for the summer. (The terrace may be accessed without steps from the main garden.)
There is French and English satellite television and a full size wood burning stove for winter.
There is a sofa bed which can, by arrangement, be used for another couple.
The large shower room is fitted with top quality Grohe equipment.
Guests have full use of the gardens and can arrange to have breakfast or a gourmet dinner in the main house if they wish. Alternatively, an excellent restaurant serving traditional French food, Auberge à la Maison, has opened, within walking distance of the village.
La Grange is not suitable for children but would suit the elderly as it is on one level.
