About the Villa
The villa is in a residential quarter of the thermal town of Lamalou les Bains, the house is 5 mins walk into the town & the market place,
All services are to be found here; banks, shops, cafés & restaurants, casino & tourist office.
Heated outdoor swimming pool & tennis courts are 10 mins walk.
There is a 9 hole golf course & equestrion base just outside of town.
Situated in Le Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc, a protected area of natural beauty, there are endless walking possibilities.
In summer there are many spectacles & free concerts as well as an operetta festival in August.
The impressive gorges of Colombières are 8 km away where one can swim in clean, clear, fresh water in the numerous natural basins.
As well as being a good base for hikes in Le Massif du Caroux (1050m) which is locally known as 'the mountain of light'. The Mediterranean sea is 50 km away.
The house is south-west orientated & well exposed morning to evening with two terraces which offer both sunshine & shade.
Outside sun loungers & an al fresco dining area are offered.
