About our properties
These superbly equipped houses are set in 2 acres, amongst apple, pear and cherry trees, giving a tremendous display of blossom in spring.
The undulating, tree-bordered fields, orchards and classic bocage of the area provide a special flavour of the real Normandy.
Roads with very little traffic allow access to -
Within 10 minutes: great restaurants, bakeries, good supermarket, several villages, and the town of Brécey.
Within 20 minutes: zoos and theme parks, 2nd world war sites, golf, lakes and fishing.
Within an hour to: Mont St Michel, St Malo old town, Caen, the coast with wonderful sandy beaches, ferry day trips to The Channel Isles.
Bed linen provided free – all beds are made ready for your arrival. Free hot water, central-heating, electricity and gas.

The cottage is fitted with a stair-gate.
Outside: table and chairs and a BBQ in your own private, enclosed garden.
Living Room: Original fireplace with decorative non-practical open /norman fire. Oak beams. Extra lavatory downstairs.
Kitchen/Diner Pine table and chairs. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with oven, kettle.

Double bedroom.
1 room with a double bed and a single bed.
Bathroom wih bath and shower.
Stair gate. Lots of space for cot.
Swimming Pool The heated pool is 9m x 4m with corner steps taking you to the constant depth of 1.5m (4'8").
The pool is open from 23rd May -12th September and is maintained daily to keep a high standard of cleanliness and heated to an approximate temperature of 25° C.
The pool is completely fenced, with a locking, self closing gate so that younger children can not wander into the pool area. This complies with French law. Next to the pool there is an attractive garden and patio area with sun loungers.
