This delightful apartment is located in an attractive and peaceful haven. Newly refurbished it has one bedroom and is located on the side of the picturesque hilltop village of Roquebrune Cap Martin.

The apartment comprises :

An airy open plan living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen facilities include freezer, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

In the comfortable living/dining room facilities include a TV, a good sofa bed for 2 adults, dining table.

The apartment has electric central heating.

A large bathroom including bath and shower

One double bedroom with plenty of storage space.

The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs to appreciate the views.

There is private garaging with the apartment.

About our region

This ancient village is an attractive and peaceful haven which boasts a castle dating back to the 11th century and a 1000 year old olive tree.

The apartment has spectacular views of Monaco, the sea and the mountains.

There are shops for essentials, bars and restaurants in the village which is full of local atmosphere, with activities including swimming and walking.

There are many beaches within easy reach with local buses running to and from the village.

Prices and booking information

Prices per week

£500 per week

The apartment is available for long winter lets - £275 per week, please enquire.

The changeover day for the apartment is Saturday. A deposit of 50% is requested upon booking with the balance due one month prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of £250 will be requested with final payment in the form of a separate cheque. This will be refunded upon departure. If booking within one month of the holiday start date the full amount should be paid.

Getting There

The apartment is approximately 30 minutes drive from Nice airport, 5 minutes into Monaco & 15 minutes drive into Italy.
