We have a luxury holiday apartment for rent in the outbuildings of the Château de Gudanes in the heart of the Ariège Pyrénées.
The apartment has been recently renovated, is south facing and has spectacular views. It is set in 12 acres of private, wooded parkland and benefits from a swimming pool, tennis court and boules area.
The child friendly accommodation (64 m²), comprises;
A modern and well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Lounge/Dining area with seating for 6, at a large family table with good views.
There is a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two extra people.
2 mezzanine sleeping areas, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and a futon + cot.
Luxury bathroom with bath and power shower.
Separate WC.
The apartment is centrally heated, and has a radio, CD system, sat TV, wi-fi, some children's toys, books and games.
Outside, there is a large 12m swimming pool, ample child-friendly lawn, and excellent parking. There is a large patio area with uninterrupted views of the grounds and the mountains.
