The superb well furnished holiday home is situated in Cravans near Gemozac at the end of a tree lined cul-de-sac, in the tiny hamlet of Chez Bouquet, which consists of ten houses, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields.
On reaching the driveway you enter a totally secluded world, which consists of an acre of beautiful lawns, trees, bushes, flower beds and a large wood full of poplar trees.
There is a lovely 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool, with underwater lighting, 100decibel pool alarm, and a special wind-on cover which complies with the new French government standard NF P90-308 and a pool shower.
Next to the pool is the excellent barbecue, and a dining table seating twelve. The pool conservatory, which is shaded all day, has glass sliding doors which open the room 66%.
Inside there is a drinks fridge, and an ice-cube making machine churning out cubes to your requirements!
Facing the pool is a CCTV camera transmitting photo and sound to a 21" monitor in the kitchen, bringing peace of mind for parents!.
The main conservatory is at the front of the house, and beautifully furnished as a dining area, with large plants.
The large, country style kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
The lounge is a large room with craftsman made units on one wall, a six to eight seater couch, and elegant Charentaise furniture. There is SKY TV, video, DVD player and CD stereo.
Bedroom 1 is very large with a queen size bed and a single bed and huge, lovely wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is large with twin beds, an elegant wash basin unit and large shower with glass doors. There are double doors onto the terrace. Also a door into the pool conservatory, which has a drinks fridge.
Bedroom 3. Is a double room with King sized bed, and huge built-in wardrobes with cupboards above, one containing SKY TV/DVD on swivel brackets for ease of viewing.
This bed room also has a radio/CD player
Bathroom 1 is a large bathroom with bath and shower, twin wash basins with huge spotlit mirror.
Separate large walk in shower room.
Separate toilet with vanity units with wash basin, and a further separate toilet.
There are 2 travel cots and high chair available.
The enormous garage also contains the washing machine and a dryer for winter, and another large fridge/freezer
We have table tennis which can be played on the lawn or terrace.
We have 4 new adult bicycles, and 2 children's bicycles age 8-14. We also have a boule set.
There are many CDs, DVDs, cassettes, books, scrabble, and Monopoly.
We normally have wi-fi coverage throughout the house, garden, and pool area.
