to La Capitelle, a luxurious holiday villa in the
 Languedoc
region of South West France. La Capitelle is a
beautiful, spacious and comfortable house of over
200m², built in traditional style and set in
excess of 3000m² of picturesque landscape. The house sleeps
8 easily and 10 are possible. The setting is an
old vineyard in the hills, five minutes drive
above the town of Lodeve, in the heart of the
wine region of Languedoc. The house faces due
south and there are stunning and uninterrupted
views towards Lac Salagou and westwards up the
Grezac valley. |

Set
amidst vineyards, Domaine du Cayrat is a wine
producing  estate built in the 19th
century near to the town of Pézenas. There are 3

terrace leads from each of the sitting rooms out

The
house is stone built and terraced, and is
comparatively cool  in
the sumer and warm in winter. All the main rooms
have electric convector heaters. It is fully
furnished and equipped to a high standard. Our
holiday house is in a village called Capestang,
which is close to the Pyrenees, and just 25
minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. The mild
temperatures make this area worth considering for
a visit at other times than during the summer
holidays, especially as cheap flights are often
available at off peak seasons. The property is
available for long term winter lets at reduced
rates. |
