This stunning 15th Century Manor House offers a blissfully peaceful escape within the rural hamlet of Kerdudou. 

The property comprises:

A huge living room containing a spectacular original fire place and exposed beams throughout.

A fully equipped modern kitchen, with range oven and hob, fridge, microwave etc, and downstairs WC.  

The Manor House is complete with television, CD player and various board games for guests' use.

The amazing stone spiral staircase leads you to the first level of the property where the two bedrooms, family bathroom and WC are situated; the front bedroom also boasts an original stone fire place which compliments the other original features in this lovely Manoir. 

Externally, a BBQ and garden furniture is provided so guests may take full advantage of the garden at both the front and side of the property, an additional 4 acres of land mostly meadow surround the Manor House.

This 15th Century Manor House has an annex, in the form of this lovely rural cottage.

Downstairs it is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, with full oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc. There is an original huge ornamental stone fireplace,  a wonderful feature.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and wash basin. 

Outside there are around four acres of land, mostly to meadow.  There is an enclosed front garden so safe for younger children.

This property is available for winter rental at discounted rates. Please ask for details.

The Area

Kerdudou is a small hamlet of a few houses, about 5 kms from the beautiful market town of Le Faouët, with its ancient medieval covered market. 

It has a very rich past. It will inspire anyone who loves chapels and old stonework.

The centre of town is embellished with the magnificent covered market dating from the 16th century. This building is 53 m by 19 m and it has an impressive roof and a very beautiful bell-tower. The church, parts of which date back to the 12th century, was redesigned in the 16th and 17th centuries. 

There is a straight run down the D 769 to Port Louis the nearest beach at about a 30 minute drive. 

These properties are perfect for family holidays, near to loads of various activities.  Pay a visit to the local tourist information office - you will be spoilt for choice.
