About
the properties All properties are on the same site and share a swimming pool. The
Farmhouse, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 A spacious
traditional four bedroom Breton farmhouse with lots of
old beams and character. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All china and glassware is provided. The living room has a traditional log burning fire for those of you who stay later in the season. A television, DVD and video player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available. A separate dining room seats 8 and is situated near to the kitchen which also seats 6. A large family bedroom with one double bed, one single bed and a cot is located on the ground floor. One bathroom and WC is located downstairs and another family bathroom upstairs. The master
bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite Of the other two upstairs bedrooms one is a triple and the other a twin but this can be made in to another triple if required. For those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule piste to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the ruisseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away. In the games room there is currently a
pool table, and table The farmhouse is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The bedrooms have linen provided which is changed weekly. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages. Pool open late May- late Sept. The Farmhouse Prices
The Bakehouse, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 A light and spacious three bedroom house equipped for 6 guests and one, or even two baby cots. The
dining/sitting room is equipped with leather reclining A television and video player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available. The dining table will seat six and a high chair is provided. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and allows the ‘chef’ to remain part of the party whilst preparing all those culinary delights! All china and glass, cooking utensils etc., are supplied. One twin bedroom and one shower room/bathroom is located on the ground floor. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom (with cot) and a family bathroom is located on the first floor. The Bakehouse Prices
Stable Cottage, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 The Stables is a well appointed spacious farm building conversion and has kept the French country feel while giving you all the modern amenities. The house is set up to sleep six in a double and two twin rooms. It will however fit one or two more people if necessary It has stunning views across the rolling countryside. The
large dining/sitting room which is also over-looked by There are French doors leading to the enclosed sun terrace where a BBQ and outdoor seating is provided. The dining table will seat six and a high chair is provided. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and allows the ‘chef’ to remain part of the party whilst preparing all those culinary delights! All china and glass, cooking utensils etc., are supplied. One twin bedroom and one shower room/bathroom is located on the ground floor. The Nest, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2/4 This is the
smallest house in the group with one bedroom The house has an open plan downstairs with ample room for you to enjoy your holiday. A BBQ and sitting out area comes with the facilities and is positioned in a quiet corner of the garden. The open plan lounge kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. All china, glassware and cookware is provided. A television and DVD player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower wash basin and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a cot can be placed on the spacious landing outside the bedroom door. The Nest Cottage Prices
