our Properties Mick and Sue Irwin welcome you to La Fresnais. Ideally situated
for the beautiful beaches of the Cotes D'Armor, Rennes,
Dinan, Dinard airport and the wonderful old town of St.
Malo, offering a peaceful holiday with only the
cornfields and the local wildlife as neighbours, making
it the perfect choice for holidays all year round. La Maison (sleeps 8) This traditional

The original wooden staircase leads to the first floor landing off which are three double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds), the bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. safety legislation and is cleaned and maintained on a
daily basis and is open from mid May to mid September.
The price includes a small welcome pack, all linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels), there is also a small library of books and DVDs for your use. Discounts available for two week bookings and re-bookings. Weekend breaks (Friday - Monday) are available in low season for £100, Ryanair and the ferry companies have some low prices at this time of year making it an ideal time to 'get away from it all' . Properties are available for Christmas - please enquire for special packages. Open all year. Ensuite
family room (sleeps 4) for bed & breakfast. (Please note – we are a non-smoking establishment). Terms: A deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. The properties are available from 2pm and we ask guests to vacate by 10am. Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday, but if we can we will accommodate different days. Guests are responsible for keeping and leaving the properties in a clean and tidy condition (a cleaning service can be provided for 35 euros if required). We will require a refundable deposit for any possible damage or breakages. Getting
