Holiday Home This lovely large 3 storey detached family home is in the small quiet seaside village of Esquibien sitting in a large enclosed child friendly garden with swings, BBQ and garden furniture. On the top floor it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. All bedding being provided. Available is a travel cot on request, without bedding.
A large shower room with vanity unit and toilet completes the top floor. On the next floor down there is another bedroom with 2 single beds. A lounge with 2 comfortable sofas and satellite TV showing BBC, ITV and French programmes. The dining room has a large Breton table which can seat up to 10 people.
Kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath, integral shower, bidet and washbasin. Next door is a separate toilet. In the utility room there is a washing machine, freezer, sink, ironing board and iron. The house being tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, being a strictly non smoking area. A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance being paid 4 weeks before your arrival. On arrival a cheque for £250 is required to cover any damage that possibly may occur during your holiday. In the event of no damage occuring the cheque will be returned to you. Changeover day. Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. Out of peak season changeovers can be more flexible. About our region Esquibien has beautiful safe,

The coastline is breathtakingly beautiful and offers
walkers unlimited opportunities. Just 2 km away is the delightful town of Audierne which sits on the mouth of the River Goyen. The town has quality restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets to suit all tastes. The Saturday market is well worth a visit. Nearby Pointe de Raz is a must as the view is spectacular. The quaint city of Quimper is a
45 minute drive away. It offers medieval buildings, a
magnificent cathedral, museum, art gallery, superb shops
and restaurants. Brittany Ferries from Cork/Plymouth to Roscoff 2 hours away. Brest Airport served by Flybe and Ryanair 1½ hours away - car hire is a must.
