La Maison des Fleurs in Dinan

La Maison des Fleurs is a character house renovated with care and sensitivity, now tastefully redecorated and furnished. Set in Dinan's historic port area, close to a traditional French bakery and a number of good restaurants and bistros, the house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6, with two double bedrooms and sofa bed.

Next door is the cottage, La Fleurette, which can sleep 4 in two bedrooms.

Accommodation

La Maison des Fleurs (sleeps 6)

On the ground floor of the house is a large, well equipped and comfortable kitchen / dining room with logburner, sofa and TV receiving English channels via Sky. On the first floor is an elegant living area with open fireplace, polished wooden floor, oriental rugs and sofa bed. The living room has a TV which receives English channels via Sky TV and also digital TV. Off the living area is a double bedroom leading to a bathroom with WC and bath with shower over. The garden is accessed from both the sitting room and bedroom.

On the second floor there is a large double bedroom leading to dressing room and second bathroom with WC and bath and shower over. Central heating and logburner ensure a comfortable home all year round.

La Fleurette (sleeps 4)

The cottage next door (La Fleurette) has a kitchen / dining area with stone fireplace and logburner on the ground floor, leading to a double bedroom. Stairs lead up to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Electric radiators and logburner make this a comfortable base in the Spring and Autumn.

Outside Areas

There is a pretty patio area to the front of the house with a beautiful rambling rose climbing over an arbour. At the back of the house is a small lawned area and a separate gravelled patio area. Garden furniture and barbecues are supplied to ensure you can enjoy warm summer evenings entertaining outside or start the day with breakfast outside.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental prices. Parking for two cars is available at the front of the house, with further parking available on the road outside the house. Broadband internet access has been installed.
