These light and airy apartments were completed in 2007 to a high standard, in a superb location overlooking the sea a few steps from the beach. Situated in the heart of the popular family resort of St Jacut de la Mer, these new apartments are an ideal holiday location.

The small peninsula of St Jacut de la Mer has numerous sandy safe beaches and sheltered coves. A sailing school is close by offering lessons and boat hire and, for the more energetic, the coastal footpath leads around the peninsula and along the coast, ideal for exploring this beautiful region.

The village has a good range of amenities, including restaurants, a traditional bakery and a good grocery, all within a short walk from the apartments.

To the front of the apartments is a shared lawned garden which is enclosed by a low wall. Passing through the gate, you follow the coastal footpath a few metres down to the beach, or follow the path round the peninsula to other coves and beaches.

Entering the apartments, you are immediately struck by the superb views from the large windows overlooking the sea. The living areas are all comfortably furnished, light and spacious and lead to a well equipped and newly fitted kitchen. All the bathrooms are new, the bedrooms are simple but comfortably furnished. Modern electric central heating and high levels of insulation make this a comfortable base at any time of the year.

Private parking is available to the rear of the building.

Rental prices include bed linen, towels and heating.
