This exquisitely furnished house offers electric central heating throughout with the addition of a log burner giving a cosy atmosphere in the winter months. A smoke detector is also fitted at the top of the stairway.

On the ground floor is:

The kitchen/dining room/utility room.

The kitchen if fully fitted with a dishwasher, a full electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large pine farmhouse table, and a high chair is also available if required.

Shower room with WC and washbasin.

Lounge area with patio windows looking out onto gardens front and rear. There is a TV with English channels, a DVD player and Hi-Fi with CDs and tapes. Children's videos and toys are available for the younger child.

A feature wooden staircase leads to:

A large bathroom with washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 1 and 3 both double bedded rooms.

Bedroom 2 which is a family bedroom and sleeps 4 (2 single beds and 1 full size bunk bed).

Duvets, blankets and pillows are supplied, although bed linen (pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers) are not provided.

Outside, a driveway leads to grassed areas at the front with a patio and barbecue area. Garden furniture is provided. There is a garden to the rear with a grassed area, as well as a play/adventure area set in the meadow with swings, trampoline and see saw/slide for the young at heart.

There is a garage and ample parking space, a rotary clothes line, and ladies, gents and children's mountain bikes available for holiday use.

Low Season: January - March & November - December
Mid Season: April - June & September - October
High Season: July - August

A two person occupancy discount is offered outside of the high season.

Discount for second consecutive week (all seasons)
5/10 night breaks available.

Français Pré is rented from Saturday to Saturday and is available from 3.00pm in the summer seasons (to allow the cleaner and gardener to carry out their duties) and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Outside of the high season letting period Français Pré is available for 5 and 10 day holiday breaks to allow you to maximise your ferry costs.

About our region

A unique opportunity to capture a part of Brittany with its many beaches, walks, golf courses, restaurants, and to experience the tranquil atmosphere of French life.

There are numerous sandy beaches and lots of interesting coastal walks nearby. La Plage de Palus with its pretty pebbles and charming character, and also Brehec which is very sheltered with soft sand. Paimpol, leading to the pink granite coast, is only ten minutes' drive with its interesting port and excellent, child friendly restaurants.

The Ile de Brehat is a very worthwhile trip to visit the islands, and the Zoo at Tregomeur is approximately 15 km away.

Golfers can enjoy the courses at Coatquelen, Golf des Ajoncs d'Or Lantic, Saint Quay Portrieux and well known Val Andre Pleneuf which is approximately one hour's drive away.

Everyday needs can be purchased from the shops at Plouha - with a market held in the town every Wednesday.

Great Days out

The Sea Aquarium at St Malo, Oceanopolis at Brest is a terrific day out for all ages, and a visit to the Isle de Brehet where you can hire bikes and enjoy a great day out, cycling around this lovely traffic free Isle.

Getting There

Ryanair operate discounted flights to Dinard, and Buzz operate discounted flights to Brest and Caen. By train, there are many TGV services from Paris, and Eurostar from Waterloo to Paris. By road, the ports of Cherbourg, St Malo and Le Havre are all within easy driving distance from this region.
