We have 4 farmhouses, 4 gîtes and a woodland lodge for guests to rent. All our properties and facilities are grouped together in a delightful hamlet which is surrounded by our 52-acres. We have a large swimming pool, excellent tennis court, volleyball court, games room, table tennis & private fully licensed bar. |

About
our properties The views from Peyrecaty are stunning, you can see a charming petit chateau and the splendid medieval honey-coloured town of Belvès perched on a hilltop opposite, Even
with our range of facilities for children, teenagers and We try to make your stay enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. In the height of the summer our local boulangère delivers freshly baked croissants, croissant au amandes, pain aux chocolat, baguettes... (so no need to travel for breakfast!) After breakfast if you're not visiting one of the many local markets or sight-seeing, then stay at Peyrecaty and enjoy our range of free facilities or meander through our estate. Or even pamper yourself by booking a relaxing massage or an acupuncture anti-stress treatment here at Peyrecaty. Families return to us year after year as they know the children are safe, the teenagers are happy and that means happy and relaxed parents! Babies are precious and even on holiday need their own special equipment. So we are pleased to provide free of charge; cots, high chairs, changing mats, sterilising kits & baby baths, as well as putting some toys & books in your property. In the kitchens we provide microwaves & food blenders. If there is something we haven't thought of please enquire and we'll see if we can accommodate your request. Toddlers are always active and inquisitive, so with this in mind we have safety locks on kitchen cupboard doors, we supply socket covers and stair gates where necessary. Toddlers will have their own plastic plates, cups and cutlery. Potties and footstools for reaching taps will be in the bathrooms and we can fit a night light in the children's bedroom if needed. Outside our swimming pool has a security fence and gate and there is a small paddling pool. We also have swings, bikes, toys in the games barn, a play house, large sand play area (see picture above) and plenty of safe open space with lots of shade for delicate skins. Extras When you have put your little ones to bed you can order a home-cooked meal and a bottle of wine which you can have on the bar terrace or you can just sit and relax on the patio in your own property and we'll bring dinner to you. Babysitting can also be arranged, so that parents can have a holiday as well. Children enjoy the freedom to be able to roam around Domaine de Peyrecaty in a safe and rural environment. They play together in the games barn, swimming pool and large sand play area or play hide'n'seek in the clean fresh air. On BBQ night we have a selection of games for young children. If children are over 3 years old then they can go canoeing with their parents, on the Dordogne river which is a great family day for everyone. At the bar we have a selection of fruit juices, milkshakes and ice creams for children and on the menu we have home-cooked meals such as spaghetti bolognaise or chicken basquaise (gluten free for wheat allergy suffers) we also serve beef burgers in a ciabatta roll, chicken, hot dogs and chips. Teenagers mix together and arrange tennis matches, games of football, card schools and often in the evenings they all go quiet as they gaze at the night sky and study the constellations of wonderful bright stars (aided by the star charts printed for them). They also join in the fun on BBQ night. Parents Here at Domaine de Peyrecaty, you can relax in the peace and tranquility of our surroundings. Holidays are precious and we try to make your time with us an enjoyable and relaxing one. If you need a taxi booking, a table reserved at a restaurant or even a massage then we are happy to make the arrangements for you. Facilities Large floodlit pool, fenced for toddler safety with a sunbathing terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas and a paddling pool for young children.Excellent tennis court (free to guests). Domaine de Peyrecaty benefits from having it's own private (fully-licensed) bar. Outside the bar you can sit and relax on the terrace admiring the fantastic views of medieval Belvès perched on the hill opposite. We serve local Bergerac and St Emilion wines, beers, spirits & soft drinks, as well as ice creams, bar snacks and home-made meals.

before your arrival Domaine de Peyrecaty is in the ‘heart’ of the Dordogne region. We are only a few minutes from the Chateaux-lined Dordogne River and close to the beautiful historic towns of Beynac, Sarlat, Monpazier and Domme. This region of the Dordogne offers some of the most romantic scenery in Europe. You can loose yourself amongst country lanes, secret hamlets, forgotten churches and countless rivers. The medieval town of Belvès is only a few minutes drive from us. This small French town has a number of restaurants, bistros and cafes as well as a supermarket, antique shop, pharmacy, hairdressers, beauticians, etc. On Wednesday evenings in the summer there is an evening market in the main square. Here you can choose a meal from one of the many stalls selling, paella, confit de canard, roast chicken, mussels, langoustine etc and then select a local Bergerac wine to go with it. Then sit down, relax and eat and drink with with local French and holidaymakers alike, absorbing the atmosphere and listening to traditional French live music. For further details of the region and

Follow the signs up the hill & through our orchards By Air Bergerac is our nearest airport and has daily flights from low-cost airlines. We are approximately a 50 minute drive away, along the Dordogne river. Flybe fly from London Gatwick, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Southampton, Leeds Bradford, Exeter & Manchester Ryanair fly from East Midlands, Liverpool & Stansted Other airports which are about a 2 hour drive from us are: Limoges, Bordeaux, Toulouse & Rodez. By Rail SNCF trains travel from Calais, Bordeaux and Paris to Belvès. The closest TGV and Motor rail is Brive.
