La Tour (Sleeps 2)

Ribagnac is a small village near Bergerac (15 minutes). Bergerac is one of France’s most prolific wine areas (27,000 acres) and the property is surrounded by vineyards and only 5 kms from the well-known Château Monbazillac.

The bastide towns of Beaumont, Castillonnes, Eymet, Lalinde, Villereal and many others together with medieval towns including Issigeac, with their 15^th and 16^th century buildings are only a short drive away. In the Dordogne valley you can find picturesque chateaux, caves and prehistoric sites.

The region is famous for its gastronomic delights. There are many excellent restaurants in Bergerac and other local towns and villages.

There are a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities available in the area including golf, tennis, canoeing, fishing and horse riding.

About our property (sleeps 2)

The accommodation is a self-contained two-storey tower, ideal for a couple, attached to our house which is set in three acres of gardens.

The living room/kitchenette has a beamed ceiling with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster.

The double bedroom and shower room are on the first floor. British T.V., radio/CD player and hairdryer are provided.

La Tour has a south-facing patio with table/chairs, BBQ and loungers. Visitors have use of the 8m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners).

A welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bottled water, bread, cheese, fruit and wine will await your arrival.

Linen is provided including sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath and hand towels, bath mat and tea towels.

Electricity and gas are included in the quoted rates. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Undercover parking is available.

Bathing towels are not provided. We provide no smoking accommodation and regrettably cannot accommodate pets.

Prices and booking information

Out of season breaks

Out of season breaks are available by arrangement.

Electricity and gas are included in the quoted rates.                                                  
Bookings in season are for a minimum of a week commencing on Saturdays at 3 p.m. with vacation by 10.30 a.m.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks in advance of your holiday. Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance.

Getting there

Bergerac Airport is only 10 minutes away with regular flights from Birmingham, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Exeter, Gatwick, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Manchester, Southampton and Stansted. Pre booked car hire is available at the airport including Avis and Hertz.
