Home – Sleeps 6 This privately owned 2006 O’Hara 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom model comes fully sited on Camping Bel Air. Included in the sales price is a newly fitted exterior wooden decking (2008). The mobile has been used a total of 12 weeks since 2006 and is available as new. Mobile home situated on arguably the best emplacement on Camping Bel Air with amazing open views across the Bel Air Land leisure park and lake. Many features include: A fully operational galley-style kitchen area with, an electric oven, gas hob, extra large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle and full kitchen utensil sets. The home comes with the original inventory (which is as new) and is available for immediate use. Outdoor patio furniture is included in the sales price. The 834 range has an inventive design with double entry French doors giving extra light to the living area. Separate from the seating area is a dining table with chairs and bench seating.
There is also a fully sprung double sofa bed in the lounge area which has never been used! Safety features include a sealed-in Gas boiler with exterior outlet valve fitted as standard to all O’Hara mobile homes and an electric heater in the lounge area. The 2 bedrooms are placed at either end of the mobile allowing extra privacy and both come with an ensuite shower and wash room. The main double bedroom also has its own private WC. countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the beach. However the
biggest attraction is the unique Fun / Leisure The park is owned and managed by the campsite is set close by to the camping facilities. The park is open to the public, however access is free to all residents on the campsite. Please find below the direct link to the campsite’s website. There are a total of 162 mobile homes on Bel Air with approximately 40% being privately owned. The site is not dominated by large tour operators and is open and well laid out. Pitch fees for 2008: €1795 euros Fees include; electricity, water, full usage of all on site facilities and free entrance to the BelAir Land fun park. There are no hidden extra to be paid to the campsite for the use of any facilities in both the park and camping area. Local Area Situated in the heart of Finistere, South West Brittany and close to the beach and regional capital of Quimper. There are numours attraction all within easy reach of Camping Bel Air and many glorious local beaches to choose from. Access The nearest port is Roscoff via Plymouth (90 mins) or St.Malo via Portsmouth (2.5 hours). The ports of Cherbourg and Caen are also easily accessible both being 4.5 hours away from the site. The nearest main Airports are Brest & Lorient with direct flights from a number of UK & Ireland airports (60 mins).
